Streem appoints Brice DULONG as Strategy IMEA and Global Risk Management

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Brice Dulong as the new Strategy IMEA and Global Risk Manager, effective May 1, 2025.

Brice will be based in our Dubai office, where he will collaborate closely with Dennis to support the development of the IMEA region, addressing its numerous opportunities and challenges.

Additionally, Brice will play a crucial role in risk management within our Business Unit.

Since joining Streem Group in 2017, Brice has made significant contributions to several strategic and development projects worldwide, with a particular focus on acquisitions and financing. He has been instrumental in the acquisition of Raffles Lease and TML, as well as in structuring transactions for numerous projects.

Brice is a graduate of EDHEC Business School, holding a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Master of Science in Strategy. He also brings solid experience in investment banking and private equity to his new role.
