High-purity liquids for cleaning and wet etching: Hydrofluoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, hydrogen peroxide, ammonium hydroxide and isopropyl alcohol are among the main chemicals used in semiconductor manufacturing. They are used to clean wafers, remove contaminants, prepare surfaces and perform specific chemical etching operations.
